Job description

• Liaising with and persuading targeted clients (laboratories/hospital management) to suggest our products
• Presenting, detailing products, and maintaining detailed records
• Conduct market research to determine market needs for current, future product and competitor information.
• Reviewing sales performance, writing reports, other documentation and feedback
• Create and organize marketing plan and promotional material including social media
• Responsible to provide and organize technical and application sales support
• Organize the support to solve technical problems
• Coordinate with production team and distributor to ensure stock availability and manage marketing budget

Requirement

• Male max. 30 years
• S1 Biology, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food technology, Agriculture or relevant discipline.
• Have driving/riding license (SIM A/C)
• At least 1 year of working experience in same position or related field
• Experienced in molecular biology lab is preferrable
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
• Interested in marketing & sales, creative, fast learner, highly motivated, and highly mobile (based in West Sumatra).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia oral and written.
• Able to offer products well.
• Honest and responsible.
